Who is responsible
FMR Sàr.l., 27, Op der Heed, L-1747 Luxembourg, is the controller for the personal data processed through this site.
The quote form
When you send the form we receive your name, email address, your company or association if you give one, your message, the options you selected and the estimated duration. We use them only to answer you and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Submissions are stored by our host, Netlify, Inc., which processes them on our behalf and may store them in the United States. For these transfers Netlify relies on its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback (Netlify Data Processing Agreement, section 14).
If no project follows, we delete your request 12 months after our last exchange. If a project follows, the data becomes part of our business records and is kept for the period Luxembourg law requires.
Visiting the site
Like any web server, Netlify receives technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages. We use no analytics, no advertising and no social media plugins. Fonts and images are served from this site, so opening a page contacts no other third party.
Your rights
